Pizza or tortilla?

Weight Watchers frozen personal pizza. At under 400 calories, it sounds like the perfect diet meal. But after actually trying this extremely thin crusted, scantily clad pizza, I think I could have done better with  a hearty pita bread topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella and anti-pasto vegetables.
