A few years ago when I first went to university, I vowed to lose weight by eating in such a way that was healthy, satiating, convenient and cheap. I began a journey that was half typical university student (convenience foods and odd combinations of instant foods) and half passionate foodie (finding random boutique groceries). Please enjoy my blog :)

Low fat strawberries and cream crepes
I work at Max Brenner, where they make filled crepes by folding the crepes into fourths as they are being filled. At the same time, I was buying tons of Nanna's waffles on special and cooking sheets of them in the microwave. I noticed that the sheets of waffles were rather similar to crepes, realised I also had yogurt and strawberries. And that Max Brenner makes strawberries and cream crepes. And I put two and two together. One pack of waffles, a punnet of strawberries and half a tub of chobani result in two reasonably sized servings.
